Meatless Crumbles are textured pea protein made from just two ingredients – hot water and pea protein isolate. Yellow peas are de-shelled and milled into a flour, then filtered and distilled into a pea protein powder a.k.a. pea protein isolate.

Plant-based starter pack, good for 2 to 4 servings, contains a pack of ‘Meatless Crumbles’ that is a great substitute for ground meat, and a sachet of organic Asian sauce. Made from pea protein in a surprisingly clean label process, meat-free mince adds texture to your healthy eating experience, and is a wonderful complement to vegetables and other plant-based protein like tofu. Top your dish off with the included pre-made organic Asian sauce for guaranteed flavor every time.

Cooking Instructions:
1. Rehydrate Meatless Mince: Combine mince with 1 cup/250 ml hot water and 1/2 tsp salt. Let sit for about 5 min, then squeeze out excess water (if required).
2. Brown Meatless Mince: Saute mince with 1-2 tbsp of hot oil until lightly browned.
3. Stir fry: Add 1lb/500g of veggies or ingredients of choice.
4. Add Mekhala Organic Teriyaki Sauce: Rip open sachet, pour over mix and cook for about 2 min. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy!
