Tiberino Italian One-pot Trofiette with Pesto Genovese is a wonderful pasta, it even has pine nuts! These amazing Italian pasta and risotto dishes can be easily cooked in minutes, and do not require any additional ingredients. All ingredients used are 100% natural! You can cook these in just 1 pan with no straining of water required either!

Ingredients: Pasta (durum wheat semolina, dehydrated spinach 3%, water), 94% basil, 2% salt, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, garlic.
Cooking directions: bring 3 and 1/4 cups (0.75 l) water and 2 or mor tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the content of the package and stir over medium heat for one minute. Cover and cook until most of the water has been absorbed (about 14-16 minutes). Add more water and keep cooking for a softer texture. Season to taste, add grated cheese and olive oil before serving.
Suggestions: you can add 1 tbsp heavy cream just before serving.
Wine pairing: Chardonnay or white, medium body wines.
