Ingredients: Pasta (durum wheat semolina, dehydrated spinach 3%, water), 94% basil, 2% salt, pine nuts, extra virgin olive oil, garlic.
Cooking directions: bring 3 and 1/4 cups (0.75 l) water and 2 or mor tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the content of the package and stir over medium heat for one minute. Cover and cook until most of the water has been absorbed (about 14-16 minutes). Add more water and keep cooking for a softer texture. Season to taste, add grated cheese and olive oil before serving.
Suggestions: you can add 1 tbsp heavy cream just before serving.
Wine pairing: Chardonnay or white, medium body wines.
