Ingredients: Carnaroli rice 93%, white truffled oil, porcini mushrooms 4.7%, salt, garlic, Carrot, celery, onion, parsley, leek, extra virgin olive oil.
Cooking directions: bring 3 and 1/4 cups (0.75 l) water and 2 or mor tbsp oil to a boil in large non-stick skillet or pan. Add the content of the package and stir over medium heat for one minute. Cover and cook until most of the water has been absorbed (about 16-18 minutes). Stir spontaneously at convinience during cooking. Season to taste, add grated cheese and olive oil before serving with truffle seasoning and butter.
Suggestions: During cooking add 1/2 glass of white wine and two anchovies filets, add the truffle oil just before serving.
Wine pairing: Merlot or red, light body wines.
