Why to buy organic products?
Organic products are free from chemical and pesticides. Farmers growing organic produce do not add chemicals to improve or fasten its growth.
Regulations vary from country to country but generally organic crops must be grown without the use of synthetic herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers, or bioengineered genes (GMOs). Organic livestock raised for meat, eggs, and dairy products must be raised in living conditions accommodating their natural behaviors (such as the ability to graze on pasture) and fed organic feed and forage. They may not be given antibiotics, growth hormones, or any animal by-products.
Many people still prefer regular non organic products, but would you rather eat a gigantic, perfect-looking apple full of chemicals and with no taste, or a deliciously imperfect-looking apple that looks as nature intended without the chemical input? Do you know what these chemicals are and the effects they may have on your body?
Organic food is also free from GMOs. Is better to eat organic food because we don't know if genetically modified food is safe for consumption or the effects it can have on our bodies.
Organic food is healthier for you and more nutrient dense. This means it has more nutrients, such as antioxidants, than their conventionally-grown counterparts and people with allergies to foods, chemicals, or preservatives may find their symptoms lessen or go away when they eat only organic foods.
Growing organic food also preserves the environment, because there are no chemicals being put into our air, water or soil.
There are many benefits eating organic food and using organic products.
